Two small mills mounted on wooden frames with electric motors. Discover the history of this mill, which has been family-owned since 1869, the process of its restoration, how the "factory" works, the water wheel, the millstone, the sifter, the main technical aspects, the milling of ancient varieties of wheat grown organically, the possibilities offered in the field of sustainable development, and more. Visits last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, in groups of up to 20 people, in accordance with current health regulations.
