Tréouzien Mill

The Tréouzien watermill, nestled in a green valley a stone's throw from Pors Poulhan, is a jewel of Plouhinec's heritage waiting to be discovered. Built in 1812, it has been renovated and produces flour and electricity as it did in the past, thanks to its two pirouette wheels, the only two in Finistère. And to combine sport and relaxation, why not stop off at the fitness trail created on the initiative of the children of the Municipal Youth Council, down the valley path towards the port of Pors Poulhan.

Leaving the small sheltered port of Pors Poulhan, take a walk in the Tréouzien valley, a peaceful, wooded hiking area, which at the end of the path, you will discover its 19th-century heritage, a beautiful watermill renovated in the 21st century and open to the public since 2015.

Two ponds surrounding this beautiful building, as well as an impressive dovecote, will transport you back to the days of millers.
