The mill is located on the north coast of the commune of Arzon in the Morbihan department, in the Brittany region, between the points of Saint-Nicolas and Béché. It closes off the eponymous pond to the north.
The mill is located at the end of a 120-meter-long and 8- to 12-meter-wide dike that encloses the pond of the same name (13 hectares) and supports the current RD198 departmental road and the GR 34 hiking trail.
