Meet our master millers
From the river to the fragrant warmth of bread fresh out of the oven, come and meet our master millers. They will share with you their love for this exceptional place. Several times during the season, they relight the old bread oven to bake bread the traditional way, just as the last miller did. A testament to a once-intense agricultural life and the ingenuity of men in their use of water resources, the mill now offers wonderful opportunities for friendly encounters.

Please note: access to the mill is via the D2, i.e., the road between Privas and Les Ollières-sur-Eyrieux. The mill is located 1 km from the intersection between the D2 and Chemin du Moulin. The road is narrow, so please drive carefully.
