The milling and baking heritage will be honored. On the agenda for the day:
- From 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Flour production
Entrance to the mill by guided tour only at 10:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. (price: €5) - At 2:00 p.m.: bread-making workshop
For children aged 5 to 12 (price: €5) by reservation only - Early afternoon: Heating up the traditional bread oven
- Around mid-afternoon: our bakers will put the bread from the mill in the oven and bake it.
- Fresh out of the oven: bread tasting and sale
- Throughout the day, screening of the film "The Epic of the Mills"
